Shipping Policy

We are committed to ensuring your order is packed and dispatched with care. 

Processing Times 

All ordered are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. 

During product launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, dispatch times may be slightly extended. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. 

Domestic Shipping (Australia) 

We currently offer:

  • Standard Shipping 
  • Express Shipping 
  • Complimentary standard shipping on eligible orders over $150 AUD. 

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and Australia Post network delays. 

Estimated delivery timeframes:

  • Standard shipping: 2-8 business days 
  • Express shipping: 1-4 business days 

In-Store Pickup 

Pick up is available from Glow Szn clinic in Condell Park, NSW. 

Customers selecting pickup at checkout will receive an email/text notification once their order is ready for collection. Collection will only be available during clinic hours. 

Please wait for your pickup confirmation before arriving. 

Shipping Delays 

Glow Szn is not responsible for shipping delays caused by: 

  • Australia Post delays 
  • incorrect shipping information provided at checkout 
  • weather disruptions 
  • carrier-related issues outside of our control 

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. 

Glow Szn is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrectly supplied addresses. 

Lost or Damaged Parcels 

If your parcel arrives damaged or if you believe your order has been lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date at info@glowszn.com.au 

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and assist where possible. 

International Shipping 

International Shipping may become available in the future. Shipping rates, customs charges and delivery timeframes will vary depending on destination country.
